Contact · moderator desk

Write to a moderator. A real one will reply.

We do not run a chatbot at the door. Messages go to the moderator covering the area you select, and the response comes from a named human, usually within two working days. Below the form, the moderators are listed with the topics they look after.

We read every message ourselves. We do not pass community contact details to a sales team. Privacy details are on our privacy page.

Moderators by area

Each moderator covers a topic. If your message falls between areas, address it generally — the on-duty moderator will route it. Avatars are stylised initials; we do not use stock photos for community-facing roles.

Code of conduct · excerpt

Three principles from our community code of conduct

These three principles are excerpts. The full document is published and signed by every contributor.

  1. 01

    Speak about specifics

Bring concrete cases, screenshots, or numbers. Generic praise and generic criticism slow the community down.

  2. 02

    Disagree with care

Critique the argument and the artefact, not the person who shared it. Disagreement is welcome; condescension is not.

  3. 03

    Share what did not work

Failure stories are more useful than success stories. The community is set up to make those safe to share.
