Events that are worth turning up to. Mostly.

We aim for one or two community events per month — a mix of worked-example sessions, structured office hours, and the recurring failure-story night. Capacity caps are real, recordings are usually posted, and the failure-story night deliberately is not.

    A panel of operations leaders discuss programmes where they declined to start a mining initiative. Counter-programming for the usual conference circuit, kept to forty-five minutes plus structured Q&A.
