Community calendar · Seoul, KST
Events that are worth turning up to. Mostly.
We aim for one or two community events per month — a mix of worked-example sessions, structured office hours, and the recurring failure-story night. Capacity caps are real, recordings are usually posted, and the failure-story night deliberately is not.

· Live notebook walk-through, recording posted afterwards
Worked example: variant cleanup on a noisy SAP log
With Bo-ram Jung (community member) with Ji-hoon Park (FlowHarbor)
A community member walks through her variant cleanup notebook on a noisy SAP procure-to-pay log, and a FlowHarbor consultant adds notes on what the platform would and would not catch. Open to all; no platform license required.
Cap 30 attendees for live Q&A; recording is unlimited
-
· Open office hours, voice-only
Office hours: conformance scoring questions
With So-young Kang (FlowHarbor) and a rotating community moderator
Drop-in office hours for conformance scoring questions, including model-version pinning, accepted-deviation handling, and the limits we will not stretch. Bring a specific case if you have one.
Cap 20 attendees, first-come
-
· Hybrid panel — Seoul venue plus stream
Panel: when not to do process mining
With Three operations leaders from manufacturing, financial services, and logistics
A panel of operations leaders discuss programmes where they declined to start a mining initiative. Counter-programming for the usual conference circuit, kept to forty-five minutes plus structured Q&A.
In-person 40 seats; stream uncapped
-
· In-person, Seoul; no recording by default
Failure story night: things we got wrong this year
With Community members (sign up to share)
A long-running community ritual. Five-minute slots, ten speakers, no slides allowed beyond a single screenshot. We do not record so the conversation can be candid. Walk-ins welcome as audience.
In-person 50 seats; no stream; no recording

· Live review session, recording posted afterwards
Quarterly community digest review
With Aarav Mehta (FlowHarbor) and the moderator team
We review what the community produced over the quarter — top notebooks, most-quoted threads, the discussions that changed our roadmap. Members can flag what we missed.
Uncapped; recording posted within forty-eight hours
