Atlas ingests SAP, Oracle, and ServiceNow event logs to build a navigable process map of how work actually flows across your enterprise. Operations leaders use it to surface unrecorded variants, expose hand-off delays between shared services, and prepare a baseline for compliance teams. The tool ships with pre-tuned connectors, a variant explorer, and a guided onboarding workshop run by our consultants. It is intended for organisations that want a defensible discovery view before committing to a transformation programme.

Three questions buyers actually ask

How long does the first usable map take to produce?

For a single process within a single ERP, plan for two to three weeks once we have access to the event log. Multi-system or multi-region maps typically take six weeks.

Do we need to clean our data before starting?

No. Atlas is designed to ingest noisy event data, but you should expect the first week to surface data quality issues that your team will need to acknowledge and document.

What is not included in the platform license?

Custom connectors beyond SAP, Oracle, and ServiceNow are scoped separately. We also do not provide change management for the downstream improvement initiatives — that requires a separate engagement.
