Solutions Conformance Analysis
Conformance AnalysisConformance Lens
Continuously compare actual execution against documented process models and surface deviations for compliance review.
Description
Conformance Lens is built for compliance, internal audit, and SOX-adjacent teams who need defensible evidence of how processes are executed. The platform compares each case against an approved model, scores deviations by risk, and produces an export-ready audit pack. Engineers can integrate the scoring API directly into existing GRC tooling. The tool is most valuable in regulated industries where periodic audit attestation is required.
What is included
- BPMN 2.0 model import with version history
- Deviation scoring API with configurable risk weighting
- Scheduled conformance reports (weekly / monthly / quarterly)
- Read-only auditor portal with case-level drill-through
- Retention rules aligned to KR financial reporting requirements
- Sample export pack ready for external audit review
What you can expect from this engagement
- 01 A continuously updated conformance score per process and per business unit
- 02 A reduction in time spent preparing audit walkthroughs by surfacing exceptions in advance
- 03 A defensible record of remediation activity tied to specific case IDs
Three questions buyers actually ask
Will this replace our existing GRC tool?
No. Conformance Lens supplements your GRC stack. It produces evidence that feeds into your existing control framework rather than re-implementing controls.
How do you handle false positives in deviation scoring?
Deviations can be tagged as accepted with a stated reason, and the rule that produced them can be retuned. We document accepted deviation rates as part of the platform metrics.
What happens if our model changes mid-quarter?
Model versions are tracked and conformance reports remain pinned to the version that was active at the case start. This is intentional — it limits the platform to retrospective analysis only.
What clients have said
-
Our audit walkthrough that used to consume a full week now takes two days. The drill-through to specific case IDs is what made it credible.
-
Useful for our quarterly review cycle. Less useful for ad-hoc investigations because of the model-version pinning.
