It is designed for teams scoping RPA or automation pilots who need to understand what people actually do, not what the SOP says they do. Strict consent and minimisation controls are baked into the platform; the tool refuses to record sensitive applications by default. We also support a moderator-led pilot programme to ensure deployment respects worker representative agreements.

Three questions buyers actually ask

Can users see what is being recorded?

Yes. The agent shows a persistent indicator and users can pause recording at any time. Pausing is logged; the contents of paused work are not.

Will this work for fully remote teams on personal devices?

No. The agent is restricted to managed corporate devices. Personal devices are out of scope and we will not waive that constraint.

How long is captured data retained?

Raw activity data is retained for the pilot duration plus thirty days, then deleted. Aggregated task models can be retained longer with explicit business sign-off.
