Description

The Advisory Sprint pairs a data integration engineer with your platform owners for two weeks to design event-log extraction patterns from SAP, Oracle, mainframe, or custom systems. The output is a buildable extraction design, an estimate of effort, and a list of risks and constraints. We do not deliver the integration itself in this engagement; that is a separate piece of work, often delivered by your own team using the design we produce.

Will you build the integration for us?

Not in this engagement. We deliver the design and the estimate. The build is a separate commitment, scoped after the design is reviewed.

What sources do you cover?

SAP, Oracle, ServiceNow, common mainframe environments, and well-documented custom systems. Undocumented bespoke systems require an extra day of discovery.

What does "likely" mean in the effort estimate?

It is the band where about half of comparable engagements have landed. We show the low and high bands explicitly so you can plan against the realistic upper bound, not the optimistic case.
