Operations Insight is a layer on top of our discovery and conformance products that produces curated executive views: throughput trends, exception rates, top variants by cost, and remediation status. The dashboard is built around a small number of agreed metrics rather than long lists, on the principle that an executive who sees one figure they trust will act, while an executive who sees forty figures will not. Every chart links back to underlying case data.

Can we customise the executive home view ourselves?
Yes, within the configured five metric slots. We resist requests to expand to ten or fifteen because the design depends on focus.
Does the dashboard work in isolation, without Atlas or Conformance Lens?
No. It is a layer on top of those tools. We will tell you that during scoping rather than after the contract.
Is the quarterly review service required?
No, it is optional. Some clients prefer to run their own steering rituals using the dashboard outputs.
